Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Available | Dayshift | Every Other Weekend

The Residence at Willow Grove is seeking a fun, energetic, and compassionate Activities Assistant to help bring our community to life through activities, events, and one-on-one resident engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and participate in engaging daily activities, games, crafts, music programs, exercise classes, and social events
• Encourage resident participation and build meaningful relationships
• Spend one-on-one time with residents based on their individual interests and preferences
• Assist with planning, organizing, and preparing community events and celebrations
• Help decorate and prepare activity spaces for programs and special occasions
• Support resident engagement in both assisted living and memory care settings
• Assist with resident outings and transportation as needed
• Create a welcoming, positive, and engaging environment throughout the community

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license required
• Friendly, outgoing, dependable, and creative
• Passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
• Experience with seniors, activities, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, assessment, and drug test
