The King’s Daughters and Sons Home – Bartlett, TN

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and compassionate individual to join our Activities Department at our skilled nursing facility!

This is a great opportunity for a college student or someone looking for flexible part-time hours who enjoys working with seniors and making a difference in their day!

Schedule:

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday & Wednesday: Approximately 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (with some flexibility for earlier hours)
• Additional hours available during the week, especially during school breaks and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and leading fun, engaging activities for our residents.
• Encourage residents to participate in group activities, games, crafts, and social events.
• Provide one-on-one visits and activities for residents who are unable to leave their rooms or participate in group activities.
• Help create a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and included.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Outgoing, dependable, patient, and caring.
• Creative and comfortable interacting with older adults.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to bring enthusiasm and new ideas to our Activities Department!

Experience working with seniors is a plus, but not required! We are happy to train someone with the right personality and a heart for helping others.
