Activities Assistant

*500 sign on bonus after training and 30 days complete*

Advocate Care LLC is a unique facility set up for younger disabled clients who are physically or mentally disabled. You will learn skills to deal with behaviors more appropriately and redirection techniques. The clients here vary in age from 18-65 with most being in the 30 to 50 age range. We encourage teamwork and strive for a friendly encouraging environment for our clients and workers.

Job Description

As an activities assistant you will provide a variety of activities both in house and out of facility for our clients. You would assist with taking clients shopping, doing home exercises, crafts and playing games. A few late nights would be required for outings to the races or other late night activities. We also do a few overnight trips each year for camping, to the casino and to the coast.
Job Requirements
Previous experience is not necessary* for this entry level role. As an activities assistant, you will receive training by shadowing another worker and additional training by management staff. Applicants must be 25 in order to be on van insurance to drive.
