The Role

We're looking for an energetic, creative Activities Coordinator to plan and lead fun, meaningful programs for our residents. If you love bringing people together and making someone smile, this is the job for you. You'll be a bright spot in our residents' day!

What You'll Do

• ? Plan and lead daily group and one-on-one activities for residents of all ability levels
• ? Coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, outings, and entertainment
• ? Complete activity notes and care plans (we'll show you how!)
• ? Work with the care team and attend care plan meetings
• ? Encourage resident and family participation and gather feedback
• ? Keep activity supplies organized and stocked

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• A warm, patient, and upbeat personality
• Creativity and a love of working with seniors
• Good organization and communication skills
• Comfortable with basic computer use
• Activities experience or certification is a plus, but not required
