Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Activities Coordinator to inspire engagement and foster a vibrant community within our Adult Day Care. Must be willing to be very active and vocal. Also must have ADHC experience.
Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging resident activities and events that cater to diverse interests and abilities
- Be creative with activities and dancing.
- Develop innovative programs focused on memory care, dementia support, and aging issues counseling to enhance residents’ quality of life.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure activities align with individual care plans and safety protocols
- Manage scheduling of events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution
- Maintain detailed records of participation, resident feedback, and program outcomes for continuous improvement.
Experience
- MUST HAVE ADULT DAY CARE EXPERIENCE.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
