Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that promotes socialization, recreation, and overall well-being among our residents
• Recruit, train, and supervise activity staff and volunteers to ensure a high-quality experience for residents
• Collaborate with the care team to identify and address the needs and interests of our residents
• Plan and execute special events, such as birthday parties, holiday celebrations, and outings
• Document resident participation, feedback, and outcomes to measure program effectiveness
• Develop and manage the activities budget and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a positive, professional work environment

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a related field (senior living, recreation therapy, or a related field)
