As our Activities Director, you will design and deliver engaging programs that inspire residents to live fuller, more meaningful lives. You will lead a team of recreation assistants and volunteers to create daily experiences that foster connection, purpose, and joy for each individual in our care.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, implement, and supervise a full scope of recreational services
• Plan individual and group programs that are both therapeutic and general
• Create exciting and impactful activities that enhance residents’ well-being
• Lead, mentor, and supervise recreation assistants and volunteers
• Maintain and develop the recreational budget to support diverse programming

What We’re Looking For:

• Recreation experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Activities Director
• Current CTRS certification (or equivalent)
