At its production site in Haps, a close-knit supply chain team keeps product and pack data accurate, so that every launch, change and phase-out runs smoothly. About the role

This is a great next step for someone with 1-3 years of experience who wants to grow in supply chain and master data. As Activity & Master Data Specialist, you help make sure every product and pack innovation, renovation and life cycle change is executed flawlessly. You create, maintain and deactivate material master data across the factory’s key systems. You also coordinate artwork changes and new product introductions. By keeping data accurate and timelines on track, you help deliver projects on time and in line with cost, cash, service and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

Master data governance

• Work in line with internal and global master data guidelines
• Keep data in SAP and other ERP, PLM and workflow systems correct, complete and consistent
• Process data change requests from business owners, and ask questions when something doesn’t add up
• Cross-check and validate data entered by other functions to protect data integrity
• Monitor alignment between internal systems and the warehouse systems of external logistics partners
• Be the go-to contact for product and pack master data, working closely with Technology, Planning, Quality, Finance and commercial teams

Activity & project coordination

• Support master data projects and budget cycles
• Coordinate portfolio changes within Activity Management and keep all functions informed on time
• Share project updates, risks and operational impacts with the wider team
• Support scenario planning and flag the consequences of delays or deviations
• Provide technical data and lead times for artwork creation, artwork updates and new product introductions
• Manage phase-in and phase-out of SKUs and artworks across the portfolio

System & life cycle support

• Support testing in simulation environments for new systems, warehouses or master data processes
• Ensure correct material setup throughout the life cycle, including write-offs and cross-charge processes
• Prepare accurate system data for factory readiness during changes, launches and deactivation

What you bring

• 1-3 years of experience in master data, supply chain or a similar coordinating role, ideally in food or FMCG manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with SAP (must-have)
• Fluent English, spoken and written; Dutch is a strong plus
• A proactive attitude and a sharp eye for detail
• Clear communication skills and comfort working with different teams
• A team player who can keep multiple changes and deadlines on track
