Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational programs and activities for residents, including arts and crafts, games, and social events
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a warm and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with the activities director and other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective activities program
• Provide ongoing assessments of resident needs and preferences, and adapt activities to meet individual needs and interests
• Maintain accurate records of activities, resident participation, and progress
