Create exceptional experiences with Filinvest Hospitality. We are hiring an Activity or Recreation Activities Coordinator with the following expertise:

• Collaborates with Front Office Manager, Duty Manager in creating, organizing, and overseeing the safe implementation of planned Recreations & Leisure activities to ensure that facilities, equipment and services provided to guests are in accordance with standards
• Supports the day-to-day operation of the Equinox gym in collaboration with fellow associates
• Must lead team building activities booked by our guests.
• Suggests and initiates innovative activities that may generate incremental revenue
• Inspects and evaluates Equinox facilities and equipment on a regular basis.
• Directly responsible for coordinating repair requirements and maintenance problems with Engineering department and follows up on accomplishment.
• Oversees actual implementation of all safety measures including diligently providing precautions to guests, in facilitating Sports & Leisure activities and service
• Ensures that all staffs brief guests on related safety issues prior to any activity
• Performs any other duties and tasks that maybe assigned by immediate superiors from time to time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
