职位概述 康乐主管负责完成副院长授权的相关任务，包括三方面职能。Well-being supervisor is responsible for the completion of deputy director’s relevant tasks, including three parts. 严格遵守集团的职业道德规范，尊重老人的隐私和尊严；保证给老人安全、舒适的生活；对老人的相关信息严格保密；始终遵守现行的法律法规和公司规定。He/ she must respect strictly Group’s professional ethic norms, to respect residents’ privacy and dignity, to ensure the providing of safe and comfortable life to residents, to respect residents’ information confidentiality, and to respect government legislations and company regulations. Main responsibilities

主要职责 综合管理方面的工作Comprehensive management work 1) 在遵守康乐部门活动预算的前提下，开展丰富多彩的康乐活动。According to the well-being department’s budget, carry out a variety of well-being activities. 2) 组织安排康乐部门的工作，管理团队的工作时间。Organize and arrange the work of well-being department, manage the team’s working hours. 3) 确保康乐团队提供所有服务的安全性，如SPA服务满足老人健康状况，活动组织的安全性等。Ensure the safety of all the service provided by well-being team, such as the SPA service should meet the elderly’s health status, and the safety of organized activities. 4) 每年年末负责编写康养部门年度活动报告和次年年度康乐部门工作活动计划。At the end of each year, should be responsible for the preparation of the well-being department’s annual report and the next year's work and activity plan. 5) 负责完成养老机构项目计划中康乐计划的部分。Be responsible for the completion of the well-being part of the facility’s general project plan. 6) 每年年末制定下一年度康乐预算，由副院长审核后报院长审批。Develop the next year’s well-being budget at the end of each year, deputy director will submit to director after approval. 7) 参与机构对外宣传工作，如机构的微博微信等。Participate in the facility’s external propaganda work, such as the facility’s microblogging and wechat. 8) 负责康乐部门相关区域的钥匙管理工作，如SPA、按摩区域、活动区域等。Responsible for the key management of well-being department related areas, such as SPA, massage area, activity area, etc. SPA按摩管理部分职能SPA massage management function 1) 了解并遵循SPA按摩方面的相关行业标准。Understand and follow the relevant industry standards of SPA massage. 2) 协同房务团队，监督SPA区域的清洁和卫生工作。Cooperate with the housekeeping team to monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of the SPA area. 活动策划部分职能 Activity planning function： 1) 每月17号审核下个月机构活动安排并上报副院长进行审批。On 17th of each month, audit facility’s next month’s activity arrangement and report to the deputy director for approval. 2) 积极拓展与外部联系，在遵守预算的前提下，邀请专业人员到养老机构开展各类活动。Active expansion of external connection, invite the professional personnel to the facility to carry out various of activities according to the budget. 质量控制和内部沟通 Quality control and internal communication 1) 自觉遵守并监督他人遵守养老机构的行业标准和流程。Consciously observe and supervise the others to comply with the industry standards and procedures of the facility. 2) 参加每周主管例会。Participate in the supervisors’ weekly meeting. 3) 参加生活委员会会议。Participate in life Committee’s meeting. 4) 定期评估，发现运转不良的情况及时告知副院长和院长并提出解决建议。Evaluate regularly, if having found any bad situation, should report to deputy director and director timely and put forward the suggestions. 5) 发现任何对老人有风险的情况时立即告知医护团队。If find the residents have any risk, should report timely to the medical and nursing team. 6) 参与本部门的人力资源管理工作： 招聘、融入、培训、计划管理等。Participate in the departmental human resource management: integration, training, planning management, etc. 7) 接待新员工，并帮助他们更快地融入养老机构内的工作生活。Receive the new colleagues and help them to integrate into the facility’s work and life faster. 8) 监督保证养老机构内的规章制度得到正确执行。Supervise to ensure the correct implementation of the facility’s rules and regulations. 9) 参与质量管理、协助不同工作团队的工作，参加培训和会议。Participate in the quality management, participate in different teams’ work, participate in the training and meeting. Required 能力要求 1. 热爱养老事业，工作积极认真负责、热情大方、精力充沛； 2. 有较强的沟通、组织协调能力以及解决客诉的基本能力； 3. 为人诚信可靠，具有高度的责任感和团队协作精神； 4. 熟悉办公及手机软件操作。 Qualification and experience required

资历及经验要求 1. 大学专科以上学历，舞蹈、戏剧、表演等相关文化专业; 2. 两年以上养老服务机构或者相关行业工作经验； 3. 熟悉文化娱乐等流程、省市文化产业政策。
