This position also includes supervising other members of the activity staff. We are looking for someone who is creative and strategic when it comes to developing and implementing goals, able to quickly adapt when faced with change, energetic and able to positively influence others in a supportive manner, and customer service oriented with great written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and computer skills as well as a teamwork attitude are a must. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACTIVITIES DIRECTORCurrent Activities Director CertificationPrior experience a plusAbility to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulationsDesire to work with the elderlyExperience developing and implementing Activities Program in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
