Activity Executive / Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily guest activities, games, recreation and entertainment.
• Manage and promote existing adventure and outdoor activities.
• Organize theme nights, bonfires, family activities and special events.
• Develop activities for families, children, couples, groups and corporate guests.
• Introduce new and innovative activities using the resort's 40-acre property.
• Plan seasonal, nature-based, adventure and experiential activities.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Manage activity equipment, vendors and external performers/service providers.
• Ensure proper safety procedures during all activities.
• Collect guest feedback and continuously improve the activity program.
• Maintain activity schedules, inventory and basic cost controls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
