Join Bel Morocco as an Activity Manager and actively contribute to ensuring smooth operations, team engagement, and continuous performance improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and optimizing operational activities within your scope. You will coordinate teams, monitor performance, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support the achievement of production and service objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities within your area of responsibility to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
• Manage, support, and develop frontline teams to achieve performance, quality, safety, and cost objectives.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Organize resources effectively according to production needs and business priorities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Support problem-solving initiatives and drive action plans to improve performance.
• Facilitate communication within the team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure proper reporting of activities, incidents, and performance results.
• Contribute to capability building and employee development within the team

Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations, production, team management, or industrial coordination.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of operational performance management and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of Excel and reporting tools.
• Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
