Activity Security Representative II

Target Salary Range*: $96,500 - $103,500

Position Overview Provide multi-discipline security support to a customer’s facility and organization, including day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.

Key Responsibilities Classified Material and Document Control

• Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Assist in maintaining a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destroy classified materials and provide classified reproduction support.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Maintain daily administrative logs associated with document control.
• Assist in processing inbound data and outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.

Facility Access and Visitor Control

• Maintain an extensive customer point-of-contact database.
• Assist in researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices.
• Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs.
• Assist in preparing facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry and exit inspections.
• Assist in maintaining facility access control entry systems, including visitor control.

Personnel Security Administration

• Enter data into the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain all customer-sponsored billets and quota information.
• Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element.

Security Compliance and Administrative Support

• Follow and enforce the customer’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support security awareness and education programs.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative support as directed by the contractor site lead or Senior Security Representative.

Qualifications Experience

• 3–5 years of related experience. [Required]
• SAP experience. [Required]

Experience Equivalencies Provided In The Source

• A bachelor’s degree counts as 4 years of experience.
• An associate’s degree in a related area counts as 2 years of experience.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts as 1 year of experience.
• Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts as 1 year of experience.
• Each separate SPED certification counts as 1 year of experience, up to a maximum of 3 years.

Clearance

• TS/SCI; must be willing to obtain a CI Poly. [Required]

Preferred Qualifications Education

• Bachelor’s degree.
