Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and treatment goals
• Develop customized acupuncture treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
• Insert fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate healing and balance energy flow (Qi)
• Monitor patient responses during sessions and adjust techniques accordingly for optimal results
• Educate patients on post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of treatments administered and patient progress
• Ensure all procedures adhere to safety standards, hygiene protocols, and regulatory guidelines

Experience

• Proven experience as an Acupuncturist or in a related holistic health role
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy to accurately locate acupuncture points and understand physiological responses
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and foster trust with patients
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with healthcare team members when necessary
• Certification or licensing as required by local health authorities for practicing acupuncture
• Prior experience with diverse patient populations is preferred but not mandatory
