The Violette House is an established acupuncture and holistic wellness practice in Groton, Massachusetts. Women's health is at the heart of much of what we do, with patients seeking care for fertility, pregnancy and postpartum support, menstrual and hormonal concerns, menopause, pain management, stress, and overall wellness.

Our patients come from throughout North Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire and value thoughtful, individualized care in a welcoming environment.

We're looking for another acupuncturist to join our growing practice and become part of The Violette House community.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a licensed acupuncturist who combines strong clinical skills with a warm, patient-centered approach.

An interest or background in women's health, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care, and hormonal wellness is especially valuable for this position. At the same time, we're looking for a well-rounded practitioner who is comfortable treating the variety of concerns that come through a general acupuncture practice.

The right person will be confident working independently while also enjoying the benefits of practicing alongside other holistic healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do

As part of The Violette House, you'll manage your own patient visits while contributing to a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Your work will include:

• Evaluating new and returning patients and creating individualized treatment plans
• Providing safe, thoughtful, and effective acupuncture treatments
• Managing multiple treatment rooms efficiently when appropriate
• Incorporating modalities such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, or other techniques within your training and scope of practice
• Educating patients about their treatment plans, lifestyle considerations, and supportive self-care
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed
• Completing accurate and timely documentation within our EHR
• Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients
• Collaborating with other practitioners when coordinated care would benefit the patient
• Continuing to develop your clinical knowledge and skills

What We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts acupuncture license in good standing
• NCCAOM certification
• Strong grounding in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture theory
• A compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and timely completion of clinical documentation
• Interest in developing lasting relationships with patients and becoming part of the local wellness community

Experience in women's health, fertility, pregnancy/postpartum care, or hormonal health is strongly preferred.

Previous clinical experience is welcomed, but we're open to newer practitioners who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a genuine desire to grow.

CPR certification is preferred.
