Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop tailored acupuncture treatment plans
• Perform acupuncture procedures using sterile needles, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
• Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and provide guidance on post-treatment care and lifestyle adjustments
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment progress and responses
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care strategies
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper sterilization and infection control protocols
• Stay updated on the latest acupuncture techniques, medical terminology, and industry best practices to continually enhance service quality

Experience

• Proven experience practicing acupuncture in a clinical setting, preferably with hospital exposure or experience working with diverse patient populations
• Strong commitment to patient care, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism in every interaction
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to holistic health practices and patient documentation
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team while maintaining a high standard of individual patient attention
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures, address concerns, and foster trust with patients

Pay: From $110.00 per hour
