AD, Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting

For our client, we are seeking a AD Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $156,600 – $215,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast financial and economic data for decision-making
• Establish and monitor performance metrics
• Support business intelligence with data analyses
• Evaluate industry and market trends for forecasting
• Develop complex models and communicate findings
• Ensure data integrity and implement effective controls
• Lead a team of actuarial and analytics professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• FSA or ASA with advanced degree and extensive experience
• MAAA designation required
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience across multiple actuarial functions and products
