Ad Hoc Cleaner

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dependable Ad Hoc Cleaners to join our dynamic cleaning team for high spec deep cleans throughout December. In this role, you will perform targeted cleaning tasks across various locations on an as-needed basis, ensuring that all spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This position offers flexibility and variety, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and taking pride in creating spotless environments. Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial cleaning duties at different sites as assigned, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to achieve optimal results
• Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks promptly to supervisors
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
• Complete basic documentation or checklists related to completed cleaning tasks

Requirements

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
• Reliable transportation or ability to access multiple job sites as required
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service
