• Fluent spoken and written English and the right to work in the UK (essential)

• Maintain accurate logs, including incident reports and detailed handovers
• Support building management by reporting defects and liaising with contractors and managing agents
• Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception and lobby area
• Respond effectively to on-site emergencies, following building safety protocols
• Build strong rapport with residents and represent the development to a high standard
