About the Role

Rareprob Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Ad Monetization & Mediation Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in mobile app monetization, preferably with hands-on experience in Google AdMob Mediation. The role focuses on data analysis, eCPM optimization, revenue monitoring, waterfall management, and monetization strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google AdMob Mediation for Android applications.
• Create and manage mediation groups, waterfall layers, ad units, and eCPM values.
• Monitor eCPM, Match Rate, Fill Rate, Impressions, Ad Requests, Show Rate, Revenue, and Revenue/User.
• Perform revenue, percentage, eCPM, and performance calculations.
• Analyze user, country, ad-unit, mediation-layer, and network performance.
• Optimize waterfalls and support user/country-wise monetization strategies.
• Plan and analyze A/B tests for mediation and ad strategies.
• Coordinate with Android, Product, and Data teams on monetization experiments and SDK implementations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monetization reports.
• Identify revenue drops, low match/fill rates, and underperforming mediation layers.
• Ensure ad implementations follow Google AdMob policies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 13 years of experience in Ad Monetization, Ad Operations, or Mobile Advertising.
• Hands-on knowledge of AdMob & AdMob Mediation, waterfall and bidding.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Basic knowledge of Firebase Analytics/BigQuery and Android ad SDKs.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Education: B.Tech/B.E. required; MBA preferred.
