Role:-Associate Director

• Lead PostgreSQL DBA teams across multiple projects/accounts.
• Define database architecture, governance, standards, and best practices.
• Manage high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and recovery solutions.
• Drive database performance tuning and optimization initiatives.
• Plan and execute PostgreSQL upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption programs.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop DBA teams.
