About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Associate to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with brands and advertising agencies
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Develop proposals, deliver presentations, pitch solutions, and close deals
• Manage and grow a strong book of business
• Own and forecast quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM
• Analyze market and sales trends and develop sales strategies
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful client delivery
• Monitor account receivables and drive revenue realization

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
• Strong network with advertising agencies and brands
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Experience managing a sales pipeline / CRM
• Strong analytical and numbers-driven approach
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Good to Have

• Experience in Media / Publishing / Digital Ad Sales / AdTech
• Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
• Existing network of media and agency contacts
