AREA SALES MANAGER (OUTDOOR ADVERTISING)

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to sell our outdoor advertising inventory in Jaipur and Ajmer. The candidate will approach brands and agencies, pitch our media options and convert leads into long-term clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and approach brands, advertisers and media agencies to sell outdoor advertising space.
• Make impactful presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Negotiate rates, finalise terms and close deals in line with company policy.
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing and new advertising opportunities in Jaipur and Ajmer.
• Coordinate with the operations team for site availability, creative execution, installation and campaign monitoring.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates and client records.
  REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
• Strong presentation and pitching skills.
• Proven ability to approach brands and convert leads into sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Good knowledge of local markets and business networks in Jaipur and Ajmer.
  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Graduate in any discipline (required).
  -MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration is a plus.
  -Prior experience in outdoor advertising, media sales or a related field is a plus.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a drive to learn may also apply.
