The AD Tool chain Platform Full-Stack Developer is a key role within the Autonomous Driving Data team. This position focuses on the design and development of the intelligent driving tool chain, supporting the construction of the end-to-end autonomous driving data closed loop, including but not limited to data collection, compliance validation, data cleansing, workflow orchestration, recompute, HiL and SiL simulation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery that meets stakeholder requirements. Qualification Education Master degree in field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Automotive Engineering or equivalent. Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in autonomous driving, vehicle software, or simulation domains
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as developer or solution architect focused on ADAS tool chain

Specific knowledge

• Proficient in cloud-native full-stack development & architecture design, with hands-on experience in large-scale cloud service planning, microservice decomposition, high-availability design, and O&M optimization. Skilled in full-link development, performance tuning and iterative upgrading of front-end & back-end systems. In-depth expertise in: Go, Python, gRPC, Protobuf, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, Apache Spark, Apache Flink, Grafana, Docker, React, TypeScript, S3, Data Warehouse technologies.
• Experience in the entire process of massive AD data collection, cleaning, annotation and governance, proficient in the use and optimization of various relational and non-relational databases, able to customize data interfaces, build data middle platforms, and realize data-driven tool chain iteration according to business needs.
• Basic knowledge and practical experience in closed-loop simulation framework development, multi-type sensor data modeling and scenario rendering, massive road test scenario extraction and library construction, and secondary development of AD simulation tool chains preferred.
• Good understanding of full AD stack (perception, planning, control, etc.) and in-vehicle networks (CAN/CAN-FD, in-vehicle Ethernet, SOME/IP)
• Proficient in Python programming for functional scripting and back-end interface development
• Good knowledge in Linux system, familiar with common commands, service deployment, troubleshooting via logs, process management, and basic operations
• Good knowledge and practical experience in communication protocol such as MQTT and RESTful API
• Experience in ADAS/AD HiL bench setup preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good skills in requirement management as well as technical leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive and results-oriented approach to work
• Fluent English language skills
• Willingness to travel inside China and abroad
