Contract Opportunity: Senior Workday Consultant

12+ Months Contract

Remote (LATAM)

A senior full-time Workday contractor capable of functioning as both an additional administrator and escalation resource.

Advanced Workday Configuration

• Complex configurations across Adaptive Planning modules as needed (beyond the ability of our admin)
• Business process framework configuration and optimization
• Assist with security configuration and troubleshooting
• Support for new module rollout (Adaptive Planning enhancements, Procurement, Expenses, etc.)

Reporting & Data

• Development of advanced reports and dashboards
• Creation of calculated fields and custom reporting solutions
• Supporting reporting requests from Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and executive leadership

Integrations & Data Movement

• Development and support of EIB integrations
• SnapLogic experience is a plus as we'll likely be replacing our file-share SFTP integrations with SnapLogic this year or next
• Troubleshooting existing integrations and integration errors
• We have ~10 basic integrations and 7 complex integrations with other TCH platforms (custom EIBs)
• Assistance with data loads, mass updates, and data corrections
• Support for integration troubleshooting and testing

Production Support

• Resolution of complex system issues escalated by the internal administrator
• Support during Workday quarterly releases, including impact analysis and testing
• Assistance troubleshooting business process issues and configuration defects
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles as needed

System Enhancements & Optimization

• Helping evaluate enhancement requests from Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders
• Advising on Workday best practices and configuration approaches
• Supporting tenant optimization following our recent implementation

Collaboration Model

• Work collaboratively with our internal Workday Application Manager and our Workday Product Manager
• Participate in periodic planning discussions related to system improvements
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer where appropriate
• Partner closely with Finance, FP&A, and Accounting teams to support ongoing planning, forecasting, and financial process improvements
