• Release of ADAS component Technical Specification
• Prepare source package and manage sourcing from technical standpoint evaluating suppliers’ proposals
• Support ADAS development plan identifying effective countermeasures in case of issues and delays
• Support impact analysis/risk assessment for program content/timing updates/changes
• Lead coordination meetings with suppliers to monitor activities progress
• Lead coordination meeting with all specialists (Function, Diagnosis, Data Privacy, ICT infrastructure, Safety, Regulation, Operation, Cybersecurity…) to identify the best technical solution to be applied/implemented at HW/SW level
• Support validation plan at component level (Environmental, EMC tests, etc)
• Monitor HW/SW validation activities and the related Open Point/Bug-Fixes
• Support End of Line requirements for plant operations
• Support HIL, off-public-road, public road test and quality issues
• Support components installation specifications and support installation study
• Support definition of standardization plans
• Perform benchmarking analysis focused on technologies, performance, cost and supplier capabilities.
• Support Regulatory compliance at component and function level in all markets
• Support cyber security and Function Safety& SOTIF requirements definition at component level
• Support Core Function in the definition of cross-projects technical solution and processes harmonization at global level
• Support the implementation of cost and weight reduction proposals Qualifications：
• Master degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
• Ability to work as a team member and confidently alone. Reliable under pressure.
• Excellent communication, strong leadership, interpersonal skills
• Good level of English language (able to support technical discussion with all stakeholders from supplier and STLA team)
• Knowledge of ADAS software (inc. algorithm, lowlayer, middleware) & hardware, components and relevant installation requirements (ECU, Sensors)
• Experience delivering with ADAS systems (preferred on at least 1 complete vehicle program)
• Knowledge of ISO26262, DFMEA, ASPICE development processes
• Experience working in cross functional teams
• Project Management skills
• Good problem-solving skills
