What You'll Do

As a Financial Account Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with banking and financial account concerns while providing accurate information and following required security procedures.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers with banking and financial account concerns
• Answering questions about balances, payments, and transactions
• Providing information about financial products, services, and fees
• Processing account updates and customer requests
• Handling billing and transaction concerns
• Following verification, security, and compliance procedures
• Providing accurate solutions based on customer needs
• Documenting customer interactions and account updates
• Escalating complex concerns when needed
• Meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

You don't need to already be familiar with financial systems or account-handling procedures. Paid training starting Day 1 will help you understand the systems, processes, and customer service requirements of the role.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome
