ADF Developer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a ADF Developer to join our team and support application development, enhancement, and system integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle ADF development and be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and production support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain business applications using Oracle ADF.
• Participate in technical design discussions and solution development.
• Perform coding, unit testing, and module testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and documentation requirements.
• Support system integration, UAT testing and production deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application development:
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Oracle ADF (11g or above)
  • ADF Faces (Taskflows)
  • ADF Business Components (AM/VO/EO)
  • Java/J2EE
  • Database - Oracle/DB2
  • PL/SQL
  • JavaScript, HTML, XML
  • MQ Integration
• Experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Exposure to system integration projects.
• Experience in insurance domain is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology is an advantage.
