About This Position GENERAL SUMMARY: This position will facilitate learning for an associate in applied science degree in the Construction Management Program within the School of Engineering & Construction Technologies. Classes will be in-person and online in the following disciplines: Wall & Roof Systems, Interior Finishes & Specialties, Field Engineering I, Project Scheduling, Mechanical Systems (online), Construction Documents & Show Drawings (online)

Education Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Other combinations of education and industry experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

Experience

• Evidences a history of demonstrating ethical and professional behavior.
• Three or more years of evidenced commercial construction industry experience.
• Teaching experience in Higher Education preferred.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with various constituencies.

Licensure/Certification Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license.

Skills, Proficiencies, And/or Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

• Ability to plan, organize and fulfill complex initiatives.
• Computer skills to include electronic communications, word processing, and the ability to use specific software associated with the position are necessary.
