Adjunct Faculty Pool

Description We accept application materials for part-time adjunct instructors on an ongoing basis for all subjects. Instructional departments assess the need for additional adjunct faculty on a semester-to-semester basis, review application materials as positions become available, and contact qualified candidates accordingly.

Successful candidates may be expected to teach a variety of courses in the discipline as assigned.

Requirements

• Master's degree in the subject taught is typically required for academic courses
• Appropriate work experience and educational background is required for technology courses
• AVAILABILITY TO BE PRESENT ON CAMPUS AS NEEDED

Desired Qualifications

• Successful teaching experience, especially at the college level

Adjunct faculty shall be compensated per Equated Contact Hours (ECH) of instruction. The current rate of compensation per ECH for new Adjunct Faculty is $1,011.
