DAY-TO-DAY

In this part-time, contracted role, you'll work flexible shifts assigned within our business hours of 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Each day brings new opportunities to collaborate with fellow instructors and our Rangemaster, deliver engaging classroom lessons, and lead well-organized range sessions. You'll instruct pistol, rifle, and shotgun courses, help students build real-world confidence, and provide private training when requested. You'll also stay sharp by participating in instructor training, contributing new course ideas, and keeping up with the latest gear and best practices.

• Training and experience in adult education
• Thorough understanding of firearms practices, theories, and safety policies
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Diplomacy and professionalism
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving ability

Bonus qualifications:

• 10+ years of firearms experience
• First responder medical training
• Certified or previously certified law enforcement officer
• Military experience
