Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in the relevant area of expertise.

• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective classes.

• Apply appropriate teaching methodologies and pedagogical practices.

• Bring relevant academic, industry, and professional perspectives into the classroom.

• Support students in their academic learning, development, and progression.

• Facilitate discussions, practical sessions, case studies, workshops, and other learning activities as appropriate .

Student Engagement & Academic Contribution

• Engage with students through lectures, seminars, workshops, tutorials, and other academic activities.

• Support student projects, assessments, and other academic activities, where required .

• Contribute to course, curriculum, and programme-related activities.

• Collaborate with academic teams to support effective programme delivery.

• Contribute relevant industry and professional insights to enhance students' learning experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• A relevant postgraduate qualification from a recognized university or institution; a doctoral degree (PhD) is preferred.

• Strong subject expertise in the proposed area of teaching.

• Relevant experience in teaching, academia, research, industry, or professional practice.

• Prior teaching experience in a recognized university or higher education institution is preferred.

• Good understanding of contemporary teaching and pedagogical practices.

• Strong communication , presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to engage effectively with students from diverse academic and professional backgrounds .
