Description of Primary Duties

Will assist with or teach various courses and/or laboratory experiences within required Physical Therapy coursework. Applicants will assist with or be responsible for teaching, planning, communicating with students, managing grades, and all duties required in teaching a course. Adjunct faculty may teach via face-to-face on-campus classes, online classes, or in a blended format that includes a combination of online and seated classes.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

Per Course Faculty should possess a master’s degree or the equivalent professional experience in a field determined acceptable by the Dean.

Additional Qualifications

A terminal degree with appropriate licensure and a minimum of three years’ experience and/or advanced certification are preferred for adjunct faculty in all instructional areas of the Physical Therapy curriculum.
