You’ll investigate loss events, assess causation and damage, prepare client reports, and work with insurers, policyholders, experts and other stakeholders throughout the life of a claim.

What You’ll Do

Claims Investigation & Assessment

• Investigate reported loss events promptly and establish relevant facts.
• Assess causations and damages, including reinstatement or rehabilitation where applicable.
• Identify and raise potential policy coverage issues when they arise.

Reporting & Claims Management

• Prepare clear, accurate and comprehensive client reports within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the claims management system to support efficient claims handling.

Stakeholder & External Resource Management

• Respond professionally and promptly to queries from insurer clients, intermediaries, insured policyholders and third parties.
• Coordinate and manage external experts, contractors and service providers to ensure services are delivered in line with quality and timeline expectations.

Service, Ethics & Compliance

• Deliver professional, customer-focused service that reflects insurer clients’ standards and priorities.
• Uphold Crawford’s ethics, values and commitment to integrity in all work undertaken.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical capability.

Communication & Collaboration

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
