• Travelling within SG required

⭐ Operation Executive - Part-Time convertible to Perm

• Location: Tanjong Pagar
• 5 - 6 days / week (Inc. Sat / Sun / PH)
• Office Hours
• Salary: $15/hr (Weekly Paid Possible)

⭐ Job Description:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
• Prepare shipping and import/export documents
• Monitor shipments and coordinate timely delivery
• Process invoices accurately and promptly
• Ensure import/export operations comply with SOPs

✅ Requirements:

• Prior experience in the Shipping / Logistics / Warehouse Industry will be an advantage

• Relevant Administrative / Operations qualification / working experience would be an advantage

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply
