Admin / Account Officer

Job Responsibilities：-

• To provide administrative support to sales team
• To perform data entry, invoicing, billing and good returned note
• To handling daily cash and cheque collection
• To reviewing and reconciling customer aging report and statement
• To prepare weekly & monthly sales report as required
• To work closely with the sales team and warehouse team to ensure smooth flow of daily operations
• To communicate effectively with customers/transporters to ensure good follow-up and coordination
• To do filing and other administrative tasks as assigned
• To perform any other ad-hoc works as assigned by the Head of Department/Management

Job Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma and above
• Language Proficiency: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both Written & Spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Computer literate
• Familiar with MS Office, for eg. MS Word, MS Excel
• Able to meet tight datelines and able to work under pressure
• Able to work with others as a team and possess good personalities
• Possess own transport
