ADMIN ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE (AR)

About the role

PT. Surya Andalas Abadi is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Administrator. The role involves managing billing records, monitoring customer payment status, handling collections, and preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable to ensure smooth company cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the process of creating and sending invoices to customers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and customer payment status.
• Assist in following up on payments with customers via email, telephone in a professional manner.
• Record received payments into the system/ERP or spreadsheets.
• Assist in reconciling payments against invoices and bank transactions.
• Prepare AR Aging and collection reports periodically.
• Archive invoices, proof of payment, and other supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams, as well as relevant stakeholders, to resolve billing issues.
• Support other Finance administrative activities as required by the team.

Qualitification

• High school graduate or D3/S1 in Accounting or Finance.
• Experienced as an AR in a factory setting for at least 2 years.
• Possess a basic understanding of accounting processes and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is an advantage).
• Meticulous, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Possess good communication skills and confidence in following up with customers.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Ready to join ASAP.
• Ready to work in Bekasi.
