Admin / Accounting Assistant

This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our office.

As an Admin Assistant, this role is essential.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintaining comprehensive filing systems and ensuring accurate record-keeping, data encoding and database

• Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.

• manage inventory levels

• Support company events, meetings and promotion

• Provide general administrative directly under it's owner

• Liaising for company's requirements and deliverables

• Updating Company's Social Media Accounts and Websites

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience working in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a food or manufacturing company

• organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Knowledgeable in any Accounting Software

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic workplace, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Business course graduate or equivalent; further qualifications in business administration are advantageous
