Admin-Aesthetic Clinic

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to manage reception and patient coordination at our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional personality, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients professionally.
• Manage appointments, calls, and walk-in enquiries.
• Handle patient registration and basic billing.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff.
• Explain basic clinic services and appointment procedures.
• Maintain patient records and front-office documentation.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Requirements

• Any degree / diploma.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior experience in aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, hospital, salon, or healthcare front office is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
