Admin Affiliate Specialist

About The Role We are looking for an Affiliate Admin to manage and support our affiliate operations across multiple platforms. This role focuses on handling data administration, monitoring affiliate performance, managing commission payments, and maintaining strong relationships with our affiliate partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and skilled in data analysis and communication to ensure smooth and accurate affiliate processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor affiliate transactions, including sales tracking, commission, and payment processes.
• Ensure commission payments to affiliates are accurate and delivered on time.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to identify top performers and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare promotions, product updates, and marketing materials for affiliates.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with affiliates to support engagement and retention.
• Generate and present regular reports on affiliate performance and contribution to company sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, marketplace, or affiliate management (Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills are welcome).
• Strong data administration skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking commission and sales.
• Familiar with affiliate platforms (Shopee Affiliate, TikTok Affiliate) and affiliate dashboards.
• Basic analytical skills for performance evaluation and reporting.
• Effective communication skills to build and maintain affiliate partnerships.

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and trustworthy, especially in handling sales and commission data.
• Communicative, adaptable, and able to build positive working relationships.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Purbalingga, Central Java.
