Admin & Account Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and organised ADMIN & ACCOUNT ASSISTANT to join our growing team at PRO-MULTI AUTO PARTS (M) SDN BHD' in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our dynamic organisation.

Responsibilities

• Record daily cash sales and update transactions in AutoCount.
• Handle cashiering, petty cash, reimbursement claims, and daily cash reports.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and proper filing of accounting documents.
• Support payroll preparation, including checking attendance, leave, overtime, commission, and allowances.
• Handle general administrative duties such as road tax, insurance renewal, office maintenance, and document filing.
• Purchase and monitor office supplies, stationery, and general consumables.
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with AutoCount Accounting System or other related system
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
