Admin & Account Assistant

Responsible for handling daily administration, invoicing, customer service, and accounts support. Manage quotations, sales invoices, delivery orders, and job orders. Coordinate with customers regarding invoicing in Autocount system, delivery documentation, and payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections according to agreed payment terms. Prepare monthly customer statements, receipts, claims, and payment vouchers while maintaining accurate records and proper documentation. Update the DBS system weekly, prepare monthly inspection reports, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient sales and accounts processes.
