Admin & Account Executive

Job Description: -

• Support the accounting department in daily operations by performing entry-level accounting duties, including billing, journal entries, cash book entries, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and updating accounting records.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner in the accounting system.
• Maintain proper and systematic filing of accounting and supporting documents.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and company information.
• Provide general administrative support to the department.
• Assist the purchasing department with material procurement, coordination of deliveries, and transportation arrangements.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external parties when necessary.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc assignments as instructed by Superior and Management.

Qualifications/Requirements: -

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting
