ADMIN AND ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES

We are a company developing digital platform in the Umrah industry. Our focus is to provide Umrah experience by integrating essential services.

We are looking for a committed, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to support our daily operations, financial tracking, and website management.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage customer data and booking records

Handle company financial records and transactions

Prepare invoices, track payments, and basic financial reports

Coordinate and manage vendors (mutawif, transport, etc.)

Provide customer support via WhatsApp and internal systems

🏢 Company Setup & Administration

Assist in company setup processes and documentation

Organize and maintain company files, records, and SOPs

🌐 Website Management

Setup and maintain website

Update website content regularly

Perform basic SEO and monitor website performance

Integrate systems (booking, payment gateway, etc.)

Track and report website analytics

👤 Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field

Strong administrative and operational skills

Basic knowledge in website management

Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience working in startup or newly established companies

Experience in company setup processes

Knowledge in WordPress, hosting, domain, and SEO

Familiar with accounting software (AutoCount / UBS / SQL Accounting, etc.)
