Admin & Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle basic accounts and administrative.

• Handle daily data entry of accounting transactions (sales, purchase orders, payments, receipts) and prepare documents such as claims, invoices, bills and vouchers with accuracy and attention to detail

• Assist in petty cash reimbursement and month-end closing tasks.

• Maintain accurate financial records, organize filing systems, and support audits when required.

• Support admin documentation and carry out clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing.

• Submit Self-bill E-invoice into MyInvois portal.

• Liaise with bankers, auditors and tax agents when required.

• Handling of staff’s payroll, EPF and SOCSO.

• Human Resources.

Requirements:

• Minimum  Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

• Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Minimun 2-3 years of working experience in accounting or admin is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

• Familiarity with accounting software  is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, well-organized and able to work independently or in a team

• Must be precise, accurate and well organized and have strong attention to detail.

• Monthly salary of RM2,500 – RM2,800, depending on experience and suitability.
