About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team at KYN MARKETING SDN. BHD. in Putra Heights, Selangor. As an Admin & Accounts professional, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations and financial management of our growing organisation. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to be part of an ambitious and dynamic company.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
2. Maintaining and updating financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable
3. Coordinating office operations, ordering supplies, and liaising with vendors and service providers
4. Assisting with various other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounts role, preferably within the marketing or professional services industry
2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, with excellent data entry and bookkeeping skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
5. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a keen attention to detail
