Admin & Accounts Executive

Basic Function

1. Manage customer requirements relating to dormitory accommodation, room allocation, transfers, relocations, renewals and terminations.
2. Handle customer enquiries and requests, maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
3. Manage and administer customer billing and licence agreements, including issuance, renewals, amendments, terminations and execution of related documents.
4. Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding rental, utilities and other receivables.
5. Manage customer and tenant applications and registrations, including bicycles, TVs, refrigerators, food warmers and other approved facilities.
6. Coordinate with Admin, Operations, Finance, Facilities Management and other relevant departments on check-in/check-out, room transfers, maintenance, utilities and operational matters.
7. Manage administrative matters for commercial tenants, including tenancy, billing, renewals, compliance, licensing and operational requirements.
8. Maintain accurate customer, tenancy and billing records and prepare required reports and trackers.
9. Support internal audits, ISO requirements, system implementation, SOP development and process improvement initiatives.
10. Assist in the coordination of dormitory projects, A&A/renovation works, relocations, events and other ad-hoc assignments.
11. Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
