Admin & Accounts Receivable Executive

• Credit Control & Payment Collections (Primary): Monitor aging receivables, issue statements of accounts, follow up politely but firmly with clients via phone/email on outstanding payments, and reconcile payment updates with the accounting team.
• Email Marketing & Client Outreach: Assist in drafting and sending routine promotional emails, client updates, and service reminders using email tools or database lists.
• General Administration: Assist with data entry, filing client documentation, and basic record-keeping.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, basic accounting/invoicing, or credit control.
• Professional written and spoken English skills (essential for payment chasing and marketing outreach).
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero) and basic office software (Excel, Word).
• Good interpersonal skills to handle delicate customer collection conversations professionally.

Pay: $300.00 - $350.00 per month
